Calafia Industrial Park I
With over 10 years of experience , Grumesa, in partnership with Inmobiliaria La Rumorosa, developed the Calafia I Industrial Park in Mexicali, Baja California, where he served as designer, permit manager, and builder. Inmobiliaria La Rumorosa acts as a developer and property manager for national and international clients in various sectors, including aerospace, electronics, and logistics.
Calafia II Industrial Park
As a result of the success of the Calafia I Industrial Park, the project for the second park (Calafia II) was generated, in which Grumesa also carried out the processes of project design, management for permits and licenses, budgets and construction.
Unit X - Calafia II
We built Warehouse X within the Calafia II Industrial Park in Mexicali, which is proudly the largest industrial facility in Northwest Mexico.
Colorado Valley
In 2017, Grumesa inaugurated the Valle del Colorado Industrial Park in Mexicali, BC, with the design and construction of three industrial buildings and complete infrastructure totaling 398,222 sq ft.
The first phase included a development for NIC (Naves Industriales del Colorado), consisting of two buildings with a total of 182,222 sq ft. In 2022, the company completed a third building of 216,000 sq ft for Xsite Properties.
